Chandler, a former track and field athlete from Wichita State University, possesses not only an impressive sports background but also a bachelor’s degree in business. What truly distinguishes him, though, is his small-town upbringing in Kansas, where he learned the value of hard work from a young age, thanks to his mechanic father.
